Official ! – Hazard is set to stay at chelsea longer as Sarri announces Hazard’s new deal (See deal full details)

There is a good news for Chelsea fans as the Daily Mail claims Chelsea want to extend Eden Hazard’s stay at the club by offering him a bumper package that would see the Belgian earns around £300,000-per-week.
The report from the British tabloid adds that Chelsea wants to secure the future of their star players and Hazard had been approach about a new deal.
However, it has yet to be confirmed whether Hazard has agreed to this terms but Chelsea are testing to see if Real Madrid or Barcelona made a serious offer and that the player is keen on a switch to one of the top clubs in La Liga. Hazard has a couple of years left on his contract but it is to be seen if he is willing to sign the new deal.

Hazard’s future with Chelsea will depend on whether the Blues make it to the Champions League this season or not. The report adds that the Belgian international wants to play in the top European club competition and failure of the west London club finishing in top-four this season could see Hazard facing the exit door next summer.
He came off the bench in the Blues’ 3-2 win over Arsenal at the Bridge last Sunday and seemed to be in great shape. Hazard was one of the brilliant talents at the World Cup and stated that he would be staying at Chelsea this season after the win against Arsenal.
The Blues won’t be competing in the Champions League this season but a top-four position has to be the minimum target for Maurizio Sarri’s first campaign in charge.
Failure to finish in the Champions League places would certainly be a problem as losing Hazard would be a huge blow for the side.
