Chelsea have suddenly become one of the most active clubs in the summer transfer window following the resolution of their managerial crisis.’

According to latest reports, Chelsea have reached an agreement with Russian side CSKA Moscow for the transfer of Alexandr Golovin.

Golovin impressed for Russia at the World Cup and got heavily attracted to several top European clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal and some Seria A Clubs.

Reports on Monday claim Monaco were leading the chase for the player’s signature. However, it was also claimed that the Blues retained their interest in the player regardless and Abramovich wants the star at Stamford bridge.And now, Readchelsea have reported via Calciomercato that a five-year agreement has been reached for the player’s transfer and he is due to fly to London for medicals ahead of the completion of the deal.

Chelsea have already signed on Jorginho but Sarri has said he would establish an entertaining style of football and he needs so creative midfielders to implement that.

While at the helms of Napoli, Sarri to sign Golovin – it now appears that he would get his wish of working with the player.

Gonzola Higuain and Daniele Rugani are the other players heavily linked with a move to Chelsea. the Blues are poised to reinforce their squad before the close of the window.
